Sometimes a video on Study.com won't play as expected, but there is usually a very quick and simple way to address this! 

1. Check to make sure you have an up-to-date version of JavaScript, Flash, and your Cookies are all enabled.

2. Try logging out, and logging back into your Study.com account.

3. If steps 1 and 2 are not suffiicent, you may want to try viewing the lesson in another browser.
