IMPORTANT: As of July 1, 2023, the "NCCRS via Excelsior" transcript service is merging with the Excelsior University OneTranscript service, which is significantly more expensive. To use the "NCCRS via Excelsior" transcript  service, you must submit your transcript service application to Excelsior University by June 30.  Excelsior must receive your Study.com transcript by July 14, and therefore you must submit your Study.com transcript request no later than June 30.  

You can submit your transcript request in one of two ways:

Canceled Account

  • Log into your account at the student log-in page: https://study.com/academy/login.html
  • Scroll down BELOW the "Reactivate" button, to find and click on the transcript request link. Look for the text that says "Request your transcript." You DO NOT need to resume your account.

  • Log into your account at the student log-in page: https://study.com/academy/login.html
  • Scroll down BELOW the "Resume your account" section to find and click the "Need to request your transcript? Click here." link at the bottom of the screen. You DO NOT need to resume your account.

What Next?


If you choose the NCCRS via Excelsior type, there's a paper application form that you will need to download, print out and mail to Excelsior University, along with a payment. You'll find that paper form in the course of filling out our online request form. The paper application form will then tell you what you must do next, to get the transcript sent from Excelsior University to your university. To use the "NCCRS via Excelsior" transcript  service, you must submit your transcript service application to Excelsior University by June 30.  Excelsior must receive your Study.com transcript by July 14, and therefore you must submit your Study.com transcript request no later than June 30. 


If you choose the Excelsior University OneTranscript service, you must request a "direct from Study.com" transcript with the destination listed as Excelsior University. You must also visit the Excelsior University OneTranscript service page and complete the process described there.
