We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble with our mobile app.

 If you would, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1) Please power cycle your device (turn it off and back on). 
2) Make sure your app is up to date. You can check if there is an update in your device's App Store. 
3) Uninstall and reinstall our app, and try again.
4) Make sure you have at least 1GB of storage on the device. Having a limited amount of storage can affect a lot of the functionality on your device, such as apps crashing, apps not opening, and apps not showing information.

If you've tried these steps and you are still experiencing issues with our app, please send a brief but detailed description of what you are encountering, what you are trying to do in the app, and what you're doing before the issue is occuring to support@study.com In the meantime, you can also contact the device manufacturer for further troubleshooting of your device.
